More Than 10
In this podcast, we acknowledge the trauma healthcare workers and first responders experience in their everyday work lives. We aim to create a safe space to discuss these moments, as well as provide tools to help process them. Each and every essential worker deserves more than 10 seconds to comprehend the emotions of these events.

This week we are joined by the inspirational Michelle Caron, an Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, core shamanic healing practitioner and teacher, holistic health coach, certified herbalist, herbal teacher and yoga, meditation and group fitness instructor (to name a few). She helps build the bridge between emotional trauma and physical symptoms, reminding us that what we experience affects our health in so many ways!
This is one of my most favorite interviews to date, and I hope listeners can go into the episode with an open mind & heart simply to LEARN if nothing else.

In this episode, I introduce why I started the More Than 10 Podcast. I get raw, emotional, and reflective as I tell my story. These emotions are real and linger; they are a huge force behind my passion for this conversation. Welcome to the journey!
10 Seconds....
Have you or someone you know ever experienced something tragic, gut-wrenching, or so high pressure that it activated an extreme adrenaline rush which then left you so low? Healthcare workers and first responders deal with these moments on a daily basis, and yet they must move on to the next patient or next scene as if the last one didn’t happen. Here, we emphasize the fact that essential workers need more than 10 seconds to process the trauma they see everyday.
Awe Method Series
The A.W.E. Method is a 15 second tool to microdose mindfulness and reduce stress levels. In this series, I interview Michael Amster, co-author of the book, "The Power of Awe", where we break down exactly why this method works and how best to use it. Studies have shown this method to significantly reduce burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, and so much more for both non-essential workers and healthcare workers. Listen to the series if you want to learn more about this hack!
