In this Part 1, we interview two remarkable brothers who grew up in a family of first responders. Daniel Savelli, an Information Technician for the West Hartford Fire Department, and Samuel Savelli, a Pratt & Whitney Firefighter and EMT, share their insights on using comedy to address vulnerable topics and the harsh realities of trauma in the first responder world. Daniel's extensive experience includes volunteering for the Windsor Fire Department since 1999, while Samuel has served there since 2003.
