Have you or someone you know ever experienced something tragic, gut-wrenching, or so high pressure that it activated an extreme adrenaline rush which then left you so low? Healthcare workers and first responders deal with these moments on a daily basis, and yet they must move on to the next patient or next scene as if the last one didn’t happen.
